    - Advertising ethics: The advertising content you publish should be appropriate and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We do not allow the publication of false or misleading information, or advertisements that contain offensive, obscene or inappropriate content.
    - Compliance with the rules of the platform: As a user of our web portal, you undertake to respect the rules of use and conditions that we have set. It is necessary that you comply with the guidelines for posting ads, how to communicate with potential clients and other rules related to the use of our platform.
    - Maintaining the quality of services: As a user, you are responsible for providing quality services to customers or tenants. You should respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, schedule property inspections, and honor agreed upon terms of cooperation. It is important that you maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

  6. Ad creation rules: To ensure a consistent and professional appearance of ads on our real estate portal, please adhere to the following rules. These rules are designed to improve the visibility and quality of your ad, allowing you to effectively present your properties to potential clients.
    - Ad title: The ad title is generated by the system based on what you filled in when creating the ad. This method completely eliminates the possibility of false and bombastic headlines, which to a large extent misrepresent the picture of the real situation.
    - Images: Attach high quality images that clearly show the property. We recommend using horizontal images with an optimal resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels. Choose pictures that are well lit and show the property space from different angles.
    - Video or 3D: There is the possibility of posting a video clip or a 3D view of the property. This is done by first uploading the video to YouTube, and then entering the video link in the field when placing the ad in the video link section. Do not abuse this option because every ad is reviewed by the portal administrator.
    - Description of the property: A detailed description of the property should be informative, but also attractive to potential buyers or tenants. Fill in the offered key features of the property such as number of rooms, area, location, amenities and other important details. Be clear, concise and avoid grammatical errors.
    - Prices and terms: Specifying the correct price and terms is crucial. Be transparent and state the price of the property, possible additional costs or rental/purchase terms. Also, if there is a possibility to negotiate the price or other conditions, this should be clearly indicated.
    - Contact Information: Provide valid contact information so that interested users can contact you. Provide a phone number, e-mail address or other means of communication through which you can be reached. Check that the information is correct and up to date.
    - Spelling and grammar: Pay attention to spelling, grammar and punctuation when writing your ad. Avoid abbreviations and SMS writing style. Pay attention to proper word order and use punctuation marks to make the ad easier to read.
    - Content restrictions: We do not allow the publication of false and manipulative information about real estate. The content of the ad should be accurate, relevant and appropriate. We do not allow the posting of offensive, discriminatory, illegal or inappropriate content. Also, we do not allow the posting of ads that promote properties that are in violation of laws or ethical standards.
    - Sponsored content: If you want to publish a sponsored ad or advertising banner, you can do it when placing the ad itself or later in the agency console where you have ads, as well as placing your banner in the Banners section. You can view the price list in the Price list section of your agency console.
    - Respect for copyright: We do not allow the publication of content that violates the copyright or intellectual property of others. If you use photos or other materials that belong to others, please provide appropriate permissions or credit the source of the information.



  7. Limitation of liability: We do not assume any responsibility for any damage caused by the use of this portal. Our portal is provided "as is", without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Also, we assume no responsibility for any damages that may arise from the use or inability to use this portal, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or other damages.
